Meeting Paul McKenna at the first ever Havening Conference in June 2015

As you are reading my profile it is likely that you are currently struggling with something in your life and you feel that therapy may help. Whether you are looking on here for yourself or for someone else, my website will give you plenty of information about me, my way of working and also all the details you need about where and how the therapy takes place. I am here as a helping hand or a listening ear because I know what is like to feel alone, suffering, trying to do it all on your own. It is so important to reach out and find just the right person at the right time can change someone’s life in a positive way forever.

While there are many people around who can lend support with decisions and problems we face, I am here for the times when it may be best to seek confidential, non-judgemental external help outside familiar environments.

Choosing the Right Therapist

When seeking a professional therapist it is extremely important that you are comfortable working with them. Not being at ease with your chosen therapist can be counter productive to change. For this reason I offer a FREE no obligation consultation giving you a chance to ask any questions about any of the therapies I use, and the route we may take to achieve your desired outcome.

If you are considering therapy you have the right to know that not one of the hundreds of therapy models and counselling techniques are 100% effective. It is much more important that you find a therapist that you can have an honest and transparent relationship. My style is rooted in common sense, is optimistic and sensitive to the values and wishes of each and every client. But with all my qualifications and professional accreditations, it does not guarantee the effectiveness of a therapist, therefore I offer a FREE initial telephone no obligation consultation so you can decide. Please see my testimonials page, the testimonials are genuine and the originals are keep on file for authentication purposes. Names are be withheld to maintain Client confidentiality.

About me

Sarah Brambleby, Dip Hyp CS, Dip CS, Ad. Dip CP MHS, MNCS (Acc) Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

I am a qualified and fully insured Accredited hypnotherapist and Accredited advanced psychotherapeutic counsellor and working out of the Therapy Re-Imagined Clinic near Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire. Registered with the Accredited Voluntary Register and member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, National Counselling Society and British BrainWorking Research Society which provides guidance, compulsory adherence to their ethical frameworks and support for good practice.

I am passionate about my therapy and counselling work, as it enables me to meet amazing people and I enjoy being part of their transformation. As our life journey is rarely easy and all too often experiencing one challenge on top of another, I find that I can often empathise with many of my clients from my own experiences.

My clients often inspire and motivate me by their capacity for change, their courage and motivation to improve their lives.  Therapy improves their knowledge to understand themselves better, improving communication and relationships in both personal and business, becoming happier and more fulfilled creating opportunities for greater growth and success.  I have been amazed by the power of the integrative therapeutic techniques that have transformed so many peoples lives for the better.

I have an extensive background in business and international marketing, business development, branding, strategic marketing, PR and communications. In 2007 I set-up an independent marketing consultancy to help small businesses to promote and sell their products/services. It was where I found my fascination for psychology – as to why we do the things we do and why there are barriers to marketing/selling effectively.

“I felt so alone, even my GP was being unhelpful in supporting me with my problems.  Luckily through a chance meeting I met Sarah Brambleby who was able to really listen to me and my issues.  She was brilliant at getting to the heart of my problems and together we worked them through.  Now I’m feeling so much more confident in tacking life’s little ups and downs and this is all thanks to Sarah!”
